Inner Growth Event - Sunday 19 April

The February edition will be held on Sunday 19 April 🌿

The Inner Growth event is your monthly reset.

A gentle pause to slow down, breathe, and come back to yourself.

This is a two-hour, in-person gathering where you can move your body, calm your mind, and connect without pressure or expectations. You don’t need to be flexible, spiritual, confident, or “have it together”. Just come as you are.

Each gathering includes a gentle Hatha yoga session, simple breathwork, a guided meditation, slow movement or free dance, playful singing, reflection time, a light connection activity, and morning tea with relaxed sharing. It’s not just a yoga class, but yoga is part of the experience. ✨

The structure stays the same each month, but every gathering has a different theme and focus, so each one feels unique. Everything is optional. You’re always welcome to rest, join in, or simply observe. 💛

Doors open at 7:50am for an 8:00 start sharp

Doors close at 8:05am to preserve our time together

Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another person if you’re unable to attend.
