Hi, I’m Fern, your Inner Growth guide, certified yoga and meditation teacher, and a civil engineer by day.

My work blends science, spirituality, and self-development tools in a simple, grounded way.

I support women to feel calmer in their bodies, clearer in their minds, and more connected to themselves.

I moved to Australia from Brazil on my own over 10 years ago.

Since then, I rebuilt my life and engineering career from scratch, faced years of infertility, and lived through clinical depression. This journey led me inward, where I found deep healing through yoga, meditation, and the integration of science and spirituality.

These experiences taught me something essential:

real healing happens when we slow down, listen inward, and don’t do life alone.
