Built From Experience, Not Theory

The story behind the method

I want to tell you something that goes way beyond my credentials.

I grew up poor in Brazil. From a very young age I made my mum one promise. That one day I would give her a home. That promise became my fuel for everything.

I studied harder than anyone around me. Earned a scholarship. Became a civil engineer. And at 27 I built my mum her house.

But when the dust settled I felt completely empty. I had done the thing I had worked towards my whole life. And I had no idea who I was without it. That is when depression found me.

So I did what I always do. I made a new plan.

At 29 I packed up my life and moved to Australia. Alone. No English. No job. No one waiting for me. Just a suitcase and an unshakeable belief that I could figure it out. My first job here was cleaning houses.

I rebuilt everything from scratch. Met the love of my life. Built something beautiful together.

And then we decided to start a family.

That is when life brought me to my knees in a way nothing ever had before.

Four IVF cycles. Five tracking cycles. Surgery. We tried absolutely everything. And then a doctor looked me in the eye and told me I would never be a biological mother.

I did not know a heart could hurt that much.

But I kept showing up. To work. To life. To everyone around me. Completely falling apart on the inside while holding it all together on the outside. Sound familiar?

Eventually I stopped fighting and started listening. To my body. To myself. For the very first time.

And then completely out of nowhere I fell pregnant naturally.

My son arrived at 37 and became the dream I did not even know I had. My heart now lives outside my body.

I became a certified Life and Mindfulness coach because I felt called to help women find the calm I had worked so hard to find myself. And I created the Mind Heart and Body method because I learned that you cannot heal one without the others.

I am still that high achieving woman. Right now I am delivering one of the biggest infrastructure projects in Australia while running my business, raising my son and showing up for everyone I love.

The difference is I am doing it with calm and clarity instead of chaos.

That is how I know this works. Not just because I see it change my clients' lives every single day. But because I live it.

After your free 20-minute coaching session, if we both feel we are a good fit, I will share what working together more deeply looks like.

Our work together runs over 6 weeks with one private session per week. This pace is intentional. Real transformation does not happen overnight. It happens in the space between sessions, when you start noticing your patterns, applying your tools and showing up differently in your everyday life. Week by week, something shifts. And by the end you will not just feel better. You will think, respond and move through life in a completely different way.

I only work with a small number of clients at a time. This is intentional. You get my full focus and my full presence from the very first session.
